Electronic communication is an official means of communication within Granite State College. Every GSC student and faculty member is provided a Go.Granite email account. Go.Granite is powered by Office 365 and offers each user 25 GB of email storage, as well as the full Office 365 Suite for download, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
The email address is typically configured using a combination of your first initial, middle initial (if available) and your last name. For example, the email address for Jane Susan Doe would be: email@example.com.
This email address is your default email address in eLearning+ (Moodle). All communications from the college will be sent to your Go.Granite email. For this reason, it is important to visit your Go.Granite email regularly. You may also configure your Go.Granite email on your mobile devices.
Where do I find my Go.Granite Email Address?
Go into your eLearning+ (Moodle) course.
a. Go to your account settings in the upper right hand corner of the screen and select the drop-down menu.
b. Click Edit profile to view your profile page to reveal your email address.
c. Unless you make any edits, you can simply use your browser back button to get to the previous page. If you did make edits, be sure to save the page.
You can access your Go.Granite email from eLearning+ (Moodle) or from MyGranite.
1. From eLearning+ (Moodle)
a. Click the GO.GRANITE EMAIL link located on the top navigation menu.
b. Your Office 365 Outlook will open in a new window.
2. From MyGranite
a. Go to the MyGranite home page.
b. Click GO.GRANITE EMAIL in the navigation bar.
c. The GSC login screen will appear. Enter your Username (ITID) & Password and click Login.
d. Your Go.Granite (Office 365 Outlook) email will open in a new window.
