Login Help - eLearning+
We are implementing an advanced login system for our student services. This system aligns our commitment to excellent security and creating better experiences. Our student login pages are being modified, starting with Moodle on December 19, 2018. The most significant change is the appearance of the login page. For desktop the login pages will look like the following:
Mobile login will look like the following:
The scheduled changes are set to go into effect on:
- Moodle: 12/19/2018
- Office 365/go.granite email: We are currently scheduling this change.
- WebRock: We are currently scheduling this change.
During this period of implementing these new services you will notice a change to the login system. You may be prompted more than once for your username and password as you go between Moodle, Office 365/go.granite email, and WebRock, but all of these services will remain available.
Users unable to login should use the Link-Up tool to synchronize accounts. The Link-Up tool can be found HERE.
