Course Availability
The Managing Your Moodle Course area provides information to help you get your course ready to teach: course settings, course availability, enrolling guests and others, and information about participants/users, plus documentation on how to backup a course and import parts of another course.
Student Enrollments
Students are automatically enrolled and unenrolled in courses 5 times per day starting the Thursday prior to the term launch.
Import (Copy) Moodle Course
To copy a course from one eLearning+ Moodle course to another, you will use the Import feature.
Standard Reports
The Moodle Report feature allows you to generate reports on student activity in your course.
My Reports for Faculty
As part of our ongoing initiative to support faculty teaching online, we have made several reports available within Moodle to all course instructors.
Change Default Module Dates
While the last day of every module ends on Sunday as a standard, the last week of the course will end on Friday. This date will need to be manually edited.
Backing up a course can be saved with some or all of its parts by using the course backup. A teacher with editing privileges can create a backup or download an existing backup for safe keeping, or for use on another Moodle site.
