Go.Granite FAQs


Logging In



 



  1. To log into your Go.Granite email, you will need to know your Go.Granite email address.

    a. Go into your eLearning+ (Moodle) course, find the "Settings" block menu located on the left side of the screen and click on "My profile settings".

    b. Click on "Edit profile" to view your profile page to get your email address.

    c. Your go. granite.edu email address will be displayed here.






    2. In eLearning+ (Moodle), select the Go.Granite Email link on the top menu or go to http://www.outlook.com.

    Bookmark this URL for future access.

    a. At the prompt, type in your go.granite.edu email address and password. This will log you into the Outlook Web App.

    b. The first time you login, select the correct language and time zone for your geographic location (see figure extreme right).

Once you have gained access to your go.granite.edu email account, test it to be sure that it is receiving email properly. Send your go.granite.edu email address a test email from one of your personal email accounts. The Outlook Web App should receive your email within a few minutes.
